Hydraulic systems in which the fluid is properly deaerated are more efficient, produce less noise and have a longer service life. MUT DS air separators are used for continuous deaeration of hydraulic circuits. They allow you to eliminate all the air present in the circuits in automatic mode.
MUT DF- composite dirt separators with magnet are used for continuous removal of impurities in hydraulic circuits. They allow you to separate impurities by collecting them in a sump. Inside the sump, in a position transverse to the flow direction, there is a perforated mesh: impurity particles bumping into the mesh undergo a decrease in speed and settle more easily. The MUT DF series is manufactured using a composite material specifically designed for use in air conditioning and heating systems, and these dirt separators are particularly versatile, as they can be installed on both horizontal and vertical pipes.
MUT DF/DS separators are used for continuous removal of air and impurities in hydraulic circuits and combine the qualities of deaerators and dirt separators.
